Combining comedy and horror, this film is a surprising and raw twist on the fairy tale Cinderella, seen from the stepsister’s, Elvira, point of view. Elvira dreams of the weak-kneed virgin, Prince Julian, and is willing to go to great lengths to conform to the kingdom’s ideals of beauty. The trailer alone is a shocker! Whilst he attempts to get his life back on track, a chance encounter with his past love, Laura, offers some light, but will this hope of romance lead to redemption or tragedy?
