See some seasonal displays at this majestic Tudor mansion and discover some of the customs and traditions at the Halloween & Harvest at Eastgate House in Rochester. Running until the 19th of November. Price: Free with admission. Admission: Adult: £6.60/Concession: £3.30, Child – 5-17 years: £2.80/Child – under 5 years: Free with paying adult/Family: £15.50.
Time: Wednesday to Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10am-5pm, last entry 4.15pm.

Enjoy a range of activities including face painting, the bumpy express, and games included at the Pick Your Own Pumpkins event at Marsh Maze & Fun Yard in Romney Marsh. Price: Group – up to 5 people: £4. Pumpkins and pumpkin carvings: additional cost. Booking advised. Time: 14th to 31st October: 10am-4pm.

For full terror there’s Halloween Horrors at Fort Amherst in Chatham – are you brave enough to venture into the depths of tunnels at night? This scary attraction celebrates 40 years of spooky sights with a trio of tours for different age groups. For children, a monster has wreaked havoc in the underground caves, stealing precious items along the way. Will they be brave enough to retrieve the stolen goods, and save Halloween? With live actors and lots of scary scenes, all ages can see if they dare to enter. Price: Adult: £30/Teen – 13 to 17 years: £30/Child – 4-12 years: £20 – this includes two adult tickets, extra adult for child session: £10. Booking fees apply. Lots of Halloween experiences to be had at the Halloween at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park in Maidstone there will be a week of spooky activities with pumpkin carving, a creepy corner, farm rides, and daily fancy dress competitions. You can also see if they are brave enough for trick and treating in the historic houses and find out who is lurking behind the doors. Price: Kent Life Members: Free. Part of Halloween at Leeds Castle in Maidstone is a haunted Halloween quest, where young adventurers become spell seekers on a thrilling interactive journey through the mystical Leeds Castle estate. They will need to find the clues to unlock the secrets of the castle and break the curse. They will meet seven beings, solve riddles, hear watery whispers and enchantments, and lots more during this October half-term event. The event, from the 25th to 29th October,  promises to be an unforgettable experience, complete with a variety of surprises that will keep you checking over your shoulder all night! At theSpooky Woodland Walk at Walmer Castle in Deal join the ghost-hunting storytellers on a family-friendly walk through the shadows of the castle’s gardens. With well-told tales full of strange and spooky goings-on to get into the spirit of the season. Age Guidance: 5 to 12 years.  Price: English Heritage Members: TBC, non-members: Adult: £14/Child – 5 -16 years: £8.50. Time: 27th to 29th October, bookable sessions at 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

Do you dare explore on a Ghost Tour at Deal Castle in the dark this Halloween? Join the storytellers as they guide you with tales of ghosts, supernatural sightings, and horrors from history. Don’t forget to take a torch – things are going to get dark for this Halloween events in Kent 2023 activity. Price: English Heritage Member: £14, Non Member, £18.Pre-booking essential. Time: 31st October: 6pm, 7.15pm, 8.30pm and 9.45pm. Age Guidance: 16 years +.

Halloween would not be Halloween without a ghostly search on the 31st October head to the Ghost Tours at Deal Castle. Join the storytellers as they guide you with tales of ghosts, supernatural sightings, and horrors from history. Don’t forget to take a torch – things are going to get dark. Price: English Heritage Member/Non Member £14/£8. Time: Hunts at 6pm, 7.15pm, 8.30pm and 9.45pm. Age Guidance: 16 years +. Advisory Notes: Pre booking essential.

On the 29th of October at the Pavilion in Broadstairs, there’s a Halloween Party with a disco and party games for ages 2 to 11 years for events in Kent.
Price: Adult: £3/Child: £3. Time: 3pm-6pm.

Hop on board the  Frankenslime’s Trick or Treat Express at Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells for slapstick comedy, magic and mayhem for Halloween Events In Kent 2023. Starts at Tunbridge Wells station, with an experiment or two with the wacky Dr Frankenslime., with the mad doctor presenting a show at Eridge station, and then the return journey. Price: Adult: £15/Child: £8, Senior: £14/Family – 2 Adults + 2 Children: £38. Time: 28th and 29th October at 3.15pm, 5.15pm and 7pm.

Two faces of pumpkins lit up for Halloween Events In Kent 2023 blog post round up

Spooky garden tours, pumpkin carving, spooking garden tours, and lots more at Halloween Magic at Lullingstone Castle in Sevenoaks. Fancy dress is welcome as you learn about the origins of pumpkins, colours, and varieties and children can spot the Halloween tricks in eerie torchlight. Price: Adult: £12.50/Child – Under 16 years: Free. Pumpkin carving: £3 – cash. Time: October 29th, 11am-6pm.

Celebrate Halloween At The Mill at Willesborough Windmill in Ashford on the 29th of October, with tours of the scary mill, face painting, crafts and stories. Dress up for this family friendly event. Price: Family: £10. Time: 2pm-5pm.

Magic Al’s Spooky Show @ The Alex in Faversham on the 29th of October presents a range of shows – spooky magic, fire (weather permitting), a giant balloon chicken display, a bubble show and lots more. Followed by a spooky disco and prices for the best fancy dress. Price: Early Bird/Door – £8/£10, Family of 4: £30, Baby – 2 years and under: Free – Requires booking. Booking fees may apply. Time: 2.30pm-4pm. Age Guidance: 3 years +.

 Enjoy plenty of spooky fun at the Halloween Disco Party on Herne Bay Pier with music from DJ5 Beats Disco, with pier attractions and their food and drink court open. Price: Free – need to book a ticket. Time: 4th November, 4.30pm-8pm.
