Description

East Blean Wood National Nature Reserve (NNR) is a Kent Wildlife Trust site that is one of the richest of all Kent's woodland habitats and this 122 hectares site has sunny glades surrounded by flora, fauna and wildlife including oaks, bluebells, wildflowers, White Admiral butterflies, woodpeckers and dormouse.

Accessibility
A network of public footpaths and nature trails. Paths are unsurfaced and may be uneven. Information boards on the reserve.

Parking
The reserve car park (payment required) is situated on the north side of Hicks Forstal Road, which runs from the A291 near Wildwood towards the village of Hoath. Please do not park on the verge of the road that runs through the reserve.

Dogs
Keep on leads.
