Description
Events in Kent include Armed Forces Day at the Historic Dockyard Chatham for 2025. This year is poignant, as it marks the 80th anniversaries of Victory in Europe (VE) and Victory over Japan (VJ). Expect colourful military parades and displays with bands and singers.

Tickets are free, a number allocated for Armed Forces and Veterans, with registration for opening on 1st April 2025, with tickets being released on 6th May 2025. All other tickets are available from 27th May 2025.
Runtime
10am-5pm.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-friendly, but be mindful of the railway tracks so that wheels do not get stuck. Sunflower lanyards recognised. A quiet room is available near the Main Entrance in the Plan Your Visit area.
Dogs
Please be aware that the site will be busy and noisy. Not allowed inside galleries or food outlets, except for assistance dogs.
Additional Notes
Parking at The Historic Dockyard Chatham is for Blue Badge Holders and Veterans only. Free parking has been arranged at the University of Greenwich (Pembroke). Pay and display parking is available at Dockside Outlet and at Gun Wharf (Medway Council).
