Description
Hucking Estate is a large mix of ancient woodland, planted secondary woodland and open grassland. It is home to woodland archaeology, walks, interesting wildlife and impressive views – all set in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bluebells, broadleaved woodland, and there are two waymarked trails to follow in this nearly 700 acre estate, with 10 threatened bird’s species and 21 species of butterfly identified, as well as bats, and lots more.
Accessibility
All paths within the fields and the woodland are unmodified grass and earth surface, which can get slippery and muddy when wet. The majority of the paths have gentle inclines and you may encounter cattle or sheep in the fields at various times during the year.

Parking
There is a car park at the entrance off Church Road with space for around 12 cars. There is a height restriction barrier at the entrance.
