Description
Maidstone Town Hall was built in 1573, with the impressive entrance added in 1836. It was used as a market originally, then a police court and the now Council Chamber features a Rococo painted ceiling. You can see it externally only but it is said you can email mayor@maidstone.gov.uk for a tour.
