Description

St Margaret’s Church has, like many churches, a mixture of architecture with a medieval tower and the nave a chancel from the mid-19th Century, but its true history is unclear since it is a mystery as to when it was built. It was originally part of a smaller parish until the expansion of Rochester southward, having until then, been a predominantly rural one, and views from its tower are impressive.
