Description
Some parts of St. Mary the Virgin Church date from the 13th Century, and it has been added to and modified many times over the years. It is believed that there has been a church on this site since the 7th Century. It has a memorial window dedicated to General James Wolfe, who helped win what is now Canada for the British (for more details see our separate listing for Quebec House which is near the church).
