Description
VE Day events at Fort Amherst in Chatham Kent, offer a week of celebrations with a new World War Two tour and find out ht importance of the fort during the war. On the VE Day Knees Up event take a picnic or enjoy their VIP experience with a cream tea, and enjoy a day of celebration and nostalgia, listening to the music of the era and enjoying the camaraderie of 1945 including some military displays. Ideal for those looking for things to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day in 2025. Children can help before the event colour in bunting and get a free child's ticket to VE Day Knees Up (per paying adult).
