Description

Haydsen Country Park in Tonbridge has a range of habitats including river, grassland, freshwater lakes, marshland and woodland in its 160 acres. The site is designated as a Local Nature Reserve and in part a Site of Nature Conservation Interest. It has also been a Green Flag Award winning park since 2006 and is a Natural England accredited park. It has a natural play area, waymarked nature trails and cycling paths.

27th March to 21st May: 7.30am-8pm
22nd May to 13th August: 7.30am-9pm
14th August to 10th September: 7.30am-8pm
11th September to 8th October: 7.30am-7pm
9th October to 4th February 2024: 7.30am-4.30pm.

Accessibility
There are surfaced paths on the site, and access to a viewing platform. Accessible walks - the best accessible paths are compacted surface paths around Barden Lake. A shorter walk from the car park past the Stone Lock Seating is available around Barden Lake.
