Description

In Snodland, in the Tonbridge district lying along the edge of the river Medway, this 25 hectares patchwork of wet fields and scrub is crisscrossed by ditches and home to many rare and unusual plants and grazing animals. The best times to visit are May to June where you will see Spring flowers, marsh orchids, singing nightingales and other breeding birds. Visit between December and March to see wintering waders and wildfowl. This is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Accessibility
Circular paths, some areas are muddy and uneven, kissing gates, mixed surfaces, while generally level there are a couple of steep banks on the public footpath.
