Father Christmas is setting up home in The Enchanted Cabin at Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells this Christmas. Families are greeted by a jolly (and sometimes mischievous) elf, with Christmas facts, jokes and Elf Training activities while you wait, and there's a photo spot on Father Christmas's sleigh. Inside the cabin, each family has a private meet-and-greet with Father Christmas. On the way out, children choose their own unwrapped, age-appropriate gift and make reindeer food, ready for sprinkling on Christmas Eve.

Adults: Free
Babies under 12 months: Free when visiting with a paying older sibling. Buy a child ticket if you'd like them to take a gift.
Every booking needs at least one paying child
Professional photos are available to buy - but you can take your own pictures

Runtime & Schedule
Runtime: Approximately 3 minutes with Father Christmas for each family group.
Schedule Note: Time slots run in 10-minute windows. Families enter the cabin one group at a time. Our calendar shows booking times from the first to the last.

Accessibility
The experience is designed to be accessible and inclusive. Pushchairs are welcome. If anyone in your party has special requirements, let the elves know when you arrive, or contact the team before your visit.

Good To Know
Payment on site is by card only for photos and on-the-day bookings. Walk-ups are welcome if there's space, but booking online is the only way to guarantee your visit. Up to four children per booking. If you have more, you'll need a second booking, though your whole party can visit together at either time.

Advisory Notes
Children are asked not to sit on Father Christmas's lap, but there's plenty of room next to him for photos. Tickets can't be refunded, but you can change your date through the link in your booking email, subject to availability.
