The festival is curated by and for 13-25-year-olds, celebrating young people’s creativity, The festival gives a platform to young creative voices in Kent with several opportunities. There’s live music from bands including headliners, The Bootleg Beatles, who are performing on the acoustic stage at this year’s Glastonbury Festival. They recreate the sound and look of the Fab Four through each iconic phase of their illustrious career. There will also be local acts, a Spice Girl tribute band, a Tina Turner tribute and lots more. During the day Milton Chantry and New Tavern Fort will also be open. At Fort Gardens, there’s a children’s party and performances on the bandstand from midday, party games, workshops and more. The festival’s theme this year is Fairytales, and you can meet Flame, the fire-breathing dragon and baby dragons, and go on the Fairytale Treasure Trail. At this free festival, Creepy Claws offers educational workshops and animal interactions and also see Micky the Magician’s tricks.
