Water Lane Christmas Market brings over 50 curated stalls of independent makers, vintage sellers and food producers to the historic Water Lane walled garden and Victorian glasshouses near Hawkhurst, Tunbridge Wells. The 3-day event starts with a Christmas Night Market, with evening shopping, food, drinks, music and an illuminated garden. Return over the weekend for stalls throughout the garden and glasshouses, a food market on the upper terrace.

Adult: £7.50 (£5 after 2pm)
Child - under 16 years: Free
Pay on the door.

27th to 29th November 2026
Friday 27th November: 6pm to 9pm (Christmas Night Market)
Saturday 28th November: 9am to 4pm
Sunday 29th November: 10am to 4pm.

Dogs
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

Additional Information
Parking is at a premium on weekend mornings, so the organisers suggest arriving a little later in the day. There's no restaurant this year, but plenty of hot food is available throughout.
