Accessibility
All public areas of The Ashford Cinema are accessible to customers with access needs. There is a lift for access to all levels of the cinema. There are wheelchair spaces in all of the screens. Advance booking is recommended so that staff can provide assistance if required.

Parking
For free parking collect your parking token from the cinema box office and display in the window of your car. Valid for 4 hours before 3pm every day. The car park is free from 3pm daily.

Advisory Notes
Food from outside the venue cannot be taken in and consumed on-site. Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your ticket up to two hours before the start of your screening if you log into your account.
