Description

Dryhill Local Nature Reserve’s exceptional structure of its rocks and fossils let to it being the first ‘geological’ Local Nature Reserve in Kent and is situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. It was originally a stone quarry that was closed in the 1950s and has been reclaimed by nature and has a variety of paths to explore with open picnic areas.
