Description
One Tree Hill is set within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB) and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). It is home to rare species of plants, insects and molluscs, and is managed by the National Trust for its nature conservation and public recreation value, popular with walkers and horse riders. It has the Greensand Way through the site and has lots to enjoy all year round.

Accessibility
Woodland footpaths across uneven ground with some steep slopes, are not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.

Bus
Kent and Sussex 402 from Sevenoaks, changing at Hildenborough, then 204 to Underriver, 3 miles away.
