Description
Christmas events in Kent include Santa's Grotto in Folkestone at The Customs House. Dating back to 1859 and once part of a much larger building, Customs House would have acted as a gateway to Britain. The Harbour Grotto playfully pays to the historical significance of this space, whilst also delighting visitors with a maritime-themed Grotto experience. The Grotto is running alongside the Folkestone Festive Marketplace, free film screenings and the Chrimbo Limbo event.
Though keep it secret says Folkestone Harbour: "Once you’ve experienced the surprise within, please keep it to yourself!"
