The Presbytery housed priests for several years and then became part of the monks' school for the nearby St Augustine’s Church and monastery. Like The Grange (see our separate listings for more details), it was built by Augustus Welby Pugin, the Victorian architect famous for his work on the Houses of Parliament. Now let out for holiday accommodation by the Landmark Trust it can be toured at specific dates, check their website for updates.

At this property, you can drive and drop any guests with limited mobility at the entrance and then return your car to suitable parking in the area. Steep stairs – check before visiting.
