Description
The Oast Theatre is a community theatre house that showcases nine main productions annually, alongside Youth Theatre and junior group performances. Originally a working oast house used for drying hops until 1966, it opened as a theatre in 1974 and is run entirely by volunteers.

Varies depending on performance times, with shows running from September to July. The bar opens one hour before each performance.

Accessibility
Seats A1, A2, A13 and A14 on the step-free front row can be removed for wheelchair users; book at least 7 days ahead. A hearing loop is available in the auditorium. The Janet Young Studio is reached by stairs.

Bus
An hourly bus service stops nearby at Hilden Manor.
Train
Tonbridge station is about 1.5 miles away, with frequent trains from London and Sevenoaks.
Parking
Small on-site car park. There is no designated disabled parking, but accessible spaces near the entrance are available on request.
Good To Know
The auditorium seats 112, so every seat is close to the action. TN Card holders receive a complimentary tea or coffee when attending a show.
