The venue is part of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council's free GO Card scheme, where cardholders can purchase reduced-priced tickets for themselves and any child dependants they have for eligible shows (indicated by a GO symbol on the show page).

Accessibility
A carer is entitled to a free ticket. There is one disabled parking space,. More spaces are available at the nearby Crescent Road car park (Pay & Display) on the ground floor. The push-button door to the right of the main entrance is wheelchair accessible, entering at entrance level. An accessible lift links the foyer, lower foyer and the auditorium, though not the circle.
