Blue Bell Hill is a 5-hectare Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB) and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) has a rich plant life that supports a variety of specialist insects, including butterflies. Home also to reptiles and small mammals of the bank vole. It has uninterrupted panoramic views of the Weald, which is quite possibly the loftiest nature reserve in the county, according to  Kent Wildlife Trust.

Good To Know
Essentially, this site is for admiring the view, which can be seen from the car park. One of the picnic benches is level with the car park, one is set on a small mound, and one is up a short flight of steps.

Unsurfaced footpaths with kissing gates, some paths are narrow, steep and uneven.
