The Christmas Market returns to Polo Square at Designer Outlet Ashford this festive season. Tuck into street food from Swing Grill, Yorkshire Pudding Wraps, The Greek, Loaded Fries and Mouse House, warm up with hot chocolate, coffee and cakes, crêpes and waffles, fudge and toasted marshmallows, and pick up Christmas wreaths, table decorations and personalised decorations. Make a day of it with the outlet's stores, festive selfie spots and Santa's Lodge, which opens on 28th November.

Grinch Meet & Greet
The Grinch is roaming around the outlet on 18th and 19th December (2pm, 3pm and 4pm) and 20th December (12Noon, 1pm and 2pm), for 30 minutes each time.

The outlet's festive opening hours are below - market dates and individual stall times are not yet confirmed and may vary.
27th and 28th November: 8am to 10pm
29th November: 9am to 7pm (larger stores 11am to 5pm)
December, Monday to Saturday: 9am to 9pm
December, Sundays: 10am to 6pm (larger stores 11am to 5pm)
24th December: 9am to 5pm
25th December: Closed
26th December: 8am to 10pm
27th December: 10am to 6pm (larger stores 11am to 5pm)
28th and 30th December: 9am to 9pm
31st December: 9am to 5pm
1st January 2027: 10am to 6pm.

Accessibility
The centre has been designed with accessibility in mind, with step-free access, wide aisles and plenty of space for wheelchairs. Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available to use free of charge, subject to availability.

Allowed on a lead.
