Stag Sevenoaks originally opened as the Majestic cinema in 1936, and was reinvented as a Community Arts Centre in 2009. The venue now comprises two digital cinema screens and a theatre, with local, national and international touring productions including comedy, theatre, talks, musicals, and the latest film releases. With regular community shows, annual pantomime, plus special events, including arts and crafts and business fairs throughout the year, it has been at the heart of Sevenoaks for decades.
It is run on a not-for-profit basis, reinvesting income directly into facilities at the arts centre, and volunteers mainly run events.

One companion/carer ticket admitted free to most performances and film screenings - pre-book via the Box Office.
Cinema
Peak tickets apply after 5pm on weekdays and for all weekend and bank holiday screenings
Off-Peak tickets apply before 5pm on weekdays. Family cinema ticket available for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children.

Cinema: Adult tickets are for 18 years +
Theatre: Adult tickets are for 16 years +
Senior: Tickets are for 65 years +.
Children: Babies are welcome to family performances. Children under the age of 12 months will be admitted free of charge to family shows if seated on a carer’s lap. Children's booster seats are available for those with a ticket.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except where an event is cancelled by The Stag for reasons within its control. Amendments can be made if availability for the same show or film is available for a small fee. Cannot change tickets for a different event or film screening, and cannot change a ticket for a performance which has already taken place.

Accessibility
Disabled parking bays are available in the South Park pay & display car park at the rear of the venue. Lift access is available from the ground floor to The Stag Theatre and The Footlights Bar. Guide and registered assistance dogs welcome, and the venue would like to be notified before arrival so they can assist you. Theatre: a maximum of two wheelchair spaces located on row A - must pre-book and arrive in good time. Stag Cinema: level access to cinema screens one and two, with one wheelchair space available in each screen. Stag Plaza: ground floor access.
Parent & Baby and Autism-Friendly cinema screenings are put on when possible.

There are more than 1,100 parking spaces in the centre of Sevenoaks within easy walking distance of The Stag, including pay-and-display parking at the rear of the building with disabled parking and direct access to the Theatre, Cinema and Plaza.
