Description

Wingham Wildlife Park is nestled just outside Canterbury, with the largest number of animal species out of all wildlife parks and zoos in Kent. From monkeys to jaguars, red pandas to penguins, there is a huge range of animals and birds that visitors can expect to see. There are also tigers, flamingos, bats, and lots more exotic and extraordinary species to see and learn about. Plus animal talks and feed times, experiences, a dinosaur zoo, an indoor play area, and lots more.

Accessibility
All animals can be seen, though for wheelchair users some walk through enclosures may be difficult to access, but you can still see the animals. Some of the paths in the park are compacted gravel/road stone and as such not solid tarmac, meaning that in some areas and during some weather conditions, the paths may be a little bit bumpy. The vast majority of the park however has tarmac paths, and the whole park has step-free access.
