Step into a festive quest at Bewl Water in Lamberhurst, Tunbridge Wells. Families become Cheer Champions, helping Santa's elves restore Christmas cheer on an immersive, elf-guided adventure. Over three hours, enjoy interactive live panto-style performances in this festive world, shortbread decorating at Rosemary's Bakery, and sleigh ornament crafting in the Elves' Workshop. Plus, there's reindeer food making, letter-writing at Dash's Post Office, and a candy land food court and play area. At the heart of the experience is a personalised family visit with Santa himself and a toy gift. There is also the opportunity to have a private family meet-and-greet with Mrs Claus, a souvenir Santa photo, and extra festive gifts.
For Christmas at Bewl Water for 2026, there are returning favourites; however, families can expect a brand-new quest with more festive surprises still to be revealed.

Entry is by timed slots. Arrive 5 minutes before your booked time slot, as late arrivals may be refused entry.

Runtime & Schedule
Runtime: The guided quest takes just under 2 hours, with a further hour recommended in the free-flow area - allow 3 hours or more in total.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access is available; contact in advance to discuss requirements. There are no dedicated SEND sessions, but the team encourages contacting them ahead of your visit.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside the experience.

Good To Know
This is a cashless event - major debit and credit cards are accepted. Additional parking tickets can be purchased. Tickets are non-refundable.  The biscuits in Rosemary's  Bakery are vegan, dairy-free and nut-free, with a gluten-free option also available. Please note they are made in a kitchen that handles a variety of allergens.

Top Visiting Tip
Most of the experience is under cover, but there are outdoor sections, and the woodland setting means paths can occasionally be muddy. Wrap up warm and wear sturdy footwear.
