Step through the doors of the Dockyard's secret substation for Mission Christmas - Bah Humbug at The Historic Dockyard Chatham in Medway. Elfenezer has lost his Christmas spirit - he was once the happiest of elves, but has locked away the Golden Ledger, so it's up to visitors to journey through his Past, Present and Future. With a few festive challenges on the way, hunting for the keys to unlock the Golden Ledger. Once this mission is completed, it's time for a magical meeting with Father Christmas
Please note: this is a separately ticketed event - annual passes and included-in-ticket admission don't cover Mission Christmas. It's an indoor experience but at ambient temperature, so wrap up warm and wear your best Christmas jumpers.

24th December: 9.30am-2.45pm.

Runtime & Schedule
Runtime: The guided story lasts around 45 minutes, followed by a private meet and greet with Father Christmas - allow around 2 hours in total.
Schedule Note: Our calendar displays the start of the first session to the final slot you can book. Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time slot to park, collect tickets and group up. There may be a short wait of 20-30 minutes before seeing Father Christmas.

Accessibility
The tour route is accessible, though one portion requires a staircase or lift. Only one wheelchair user can be accommodated per session, so please call before booking to check availability and arrange support. There are no flashing or strobe lights.

Dogs
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the experience and gallery spaces.

Good To Know
Parking is free and included with your ticket. The Mess Deck Restaurant serves festive food and hot chocolate - pre-book online for a voucher towards the Hot Chocolate!
