New for 2025, enjoy one of many Christmas experiences in Kent, Port Lympne Illuminated. As you explore the wooded walk and garden at Port Lympne, lighting installations will magically appear. This unique after-dark experience will transform the reserve into a glowing wonderland of holograms, dazzling projections, interactive light shows, and more. Wander through illuminated landscapes, meet holofan fairies, and dance under the lights in a magical Orangery disco. There will also be a vintage-inspired funfair, and food and drink from the festive fairies' kitchen! Plus, don't miss a chance to meet Santa in his grotto, and overnight packages are available.

Good to Know
Includes access to Port Lympne Reserve's walking route from 2pm on the day of your booking. You can visit the animals and explore Dinosaur Forest.
Accessibility
Some areas of the trail include steep inclines and natural pathways. Areas of the trail are located in the gardens and wooded walks of Port Lympne, and some of the terrain can be challenging for wheelchairs, mobility scooters or buggies.
SEN Friendly Night
Designed especially for visitors with additional needs, families with young children or just those who prefer to experience the magic of the new light trail at a more relaxed pace, on 1st December 2025.
Advisory Notes
Complimentary tickets, rainy day return passes, Aspinall Foundation animal adoption tickets, school familiarisation tickets, raffle/prize tickets are not eligible for access to Port Lympne Illuminated. In the unlikely event that the experience is closed, Port Lympne reserves the right to offer a refund or reschedule your booking to an alternative date/time. Requests to reschedule tickets must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
