Description

Scotney Castle is a 14th Century moated castle set in a wooded estate with over 780 acres to explore. Tours of the National Trust property are self-guided and guided. The estate offers a variety of walks through its Grade I listed parkland, woodland, and hop farm. They run several events throughout the year, click events under the main image.

Accessibility
Partly accessible grounds, steep slopes. A map of accessible routes is available. There are steps to the entrance of the building and terraces, with a ramp for access to the ground floor. With a gravel approach, some visitors may require assistance.

Bus
256 Tunbridge Wells to Wadhurst Autocar service runs via Lamberhurst - Monday to Friday.

Dogs
On short leads. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the mansion house and walled garden.
