The Late Nights & Lights at Scotney Castle start with the walk to the manor house along an illuminated path. See the Christmas lights around the main house, and then step inside to see the decorated rooms. Enjoy the cosy fireplaces, Christmas trees, and a warm, nostalgic atmosphere of the house, inspired by Scotney’s own book collection. Discover hand-crafted decorations, sparkling trees, and even festive scents inspired by beloved tales like A Christmas Carol, Peter Pan, Agatha Christie and Jane Austen..After exploring the mansion, head back outside to toast marshmallows, visit the tearoom or gift shop.

This event is centred around the house and courtyard; it is not a full light trail. The garden is not open. Parking must be booked in advance. Day tickets cannot be re-used for this event.
