Accessibility
A lift gives access to all levels. Accessible toilets are in the foyer on the ground floor, with further accessible toilets on the 2nd and 3rd floors, plus baby changing facilities. Up to four wheelchair spaces are available in the auditorium for each performance - request when booking. Accessible and relaxed performances are offered throughout the year, and the Front of House team can guide visitors to a quiet space if needed.

Dogs
Guide and hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium - request an aisle seat when booking.

Canterbury West Station - 9 minutes.
Canterbury East Station - 1 mile away.

Bus
The 4, 21 and 27 buses all stop outside Malthouse Road on St Stephen's Road.

Parking
Limited on-site parking (first come, first served, not bookable in advance), including one EV charging point and disabled bays. If full, local car parks are a short walk away: St Radigund's (5-7 minutes) and Pound Lane (10 minutes).

Additional Information
Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled, though exchanges are possible up to 5 days before a performance. Only drinks bought on site may be taken in, and glass is not permitted in the auditorium.
